At 12 years old and living in West Timor an oil lamp in the family home exploded and burnt Heldi. Now after 12 years of waiting, The Kolewa Foundation and John Fawcett Foundation will bring Heldi to Perth.
Dr Timothy Cooper, Dr Mark Duncan-Smith and Dr Simon Zidar will join together to perform life changing plastic surgery on Heldi at the Mount Hospital on the 28th October.
We need funding to help pay for flights, accommodation, medical items, food, passports and other costs that may arise during her stay.
Funds donated to the My cause Gift Fund will be disbursed to John Fawcett Foundation. The trustees will always disburse funds to the nominated cause, however in the case that that is not possible, the funds will be disbursed to a DGR charity at the trustees discretion.
