Alice does Finke for Mental Health
Similarly to the founders of 'It's Okay Not to Be Okay' I too lost my brother to suicide. Billy was an avid motorcyclist who lived fast and unfortunately died young due to struggles with mental health. I am aiming to raise awareness and much needed funds to go towards the amazing work being done by It's Okay Not to Be Okay. I will be competing in the Finke Desert Race in Alice Springs in 2025 as a tribute to my brother who would have loved to do the event himself. I am challenging myself to do this gruelling event in the hopes that I can show others that they can do anything!
