Rita Burnett and family have long been involved in the Harness Racing community. In unimaginable circumstances a fire destroyed their barn overnight and sadly 12 of their beloved Standardbreds were lost in the fire. As well as coming to terms with the devastating loss of their horses, the Burnett & Mifsud families have also lost possessions and have a long way to go to rebuild. Rita and Moni would be the first to help someone in trouble, and now we need the Harness Racing community to show the same support to them during this horrific time.
Dear Rita, Moni and family, I'm so sorry to hear about what happened. I know how much you guys love your horses. It's so unfair that this has happened to horse loving good people like yourselves. Thoughts and prayers for you and the horses ??
