| Dragons Abreast provides a unique support network at a grass roots level for people with breast cancer. We come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. Many of us haven’t done any sport since we left school but we paddle dragon boats to help us recover from treatment |

| Dragon's Abreast has partnered with mycause to provide online fundraising services. mycause processes all the donations, receipts them and forwards the funds to Dragons Abreast Australia. They also provide all the support on the Dragon Boat Festival site |

Can I be sure that my - and my sponsors' - details will remain private? What happens to my personal information and that of my sponsors (donors)? |
| As you are raising money for a registered charity Dragons Abreast needs to know who you are and your contact details. As part of MyCause's agreement with Dragons Abreast MyCause passes these details onto them. Similarly your donor's details are passed on |

Have my sponsors'/donors' funds been paid to Dragon's Abreast? |
| Yes. All money donated to your cause by your sponsors/donors is paid to the charity at the end of the month. This is the most effective way to raise money for the Dragons Abreast and you can review the growing amount by checking your Fundraising Page. |

Can I receive donations from friends and family overseas? |
| Yes, donations can be made from anywhere in the world, as long as the donor has a valid credit card. All amounts are Australian dollars (AUD). It is the Donor's responsibility to convert the amount they wish to donate into AUD. |

How many fundraising pages can I have? |
| Please set up one Fundrasing Page per boat. Each team page can have multiple members so all paddlers can join the one page. Each team member is able to share the page with their friends and family. Any donations can be made to a specific team member. |

I can't find my fundraising page.? |
| If you created a page and you cannot view it it may not be attached correctly to your registration file. Please let us know at admin@mycause.com.au All fundraising pages remain active and viewable for 60 days after the event. |

I have not received a receipt for my donation. |
| When you make a donation or sponsor a friend via mycause, you will be receipted automatically for 100% of your gift, by email. Please contact us if you have not received your receipt. |

| Dragons Abreast Festival is an annual event created and managed by Dragons Abreast Australia. Please fundraise only for this cause. |

How do I edit my fundraising page? |
| You can edit your fundraising page in your user account. Simply login using your email and password, select 'edit' beside the page and make your changes. Save and close. From your user account you can upload an image, change your text, update your profile |

What credit cards are accepted through the mycause website? |
| Mycause accepts Visa Card and MasterCard and American Express. Charities pay the bank fees incurred on donations at a rate of 1.5% for MasterCard and Visa and 2.5% for Amex. |

How secure are the donations? |

| mycause is a fundraising website; therefore we only accept credit card donations through our online donation facility. This process reduces administration time and costs for our charity partners. |

Is my donation tax deductible? |
| Yes donations of $2.00 and over to Dragons Abreast are tax deductible. All donations are immediately receipted with a tax receipt by email. |

One of the comments on my page is offensive to me. What can I do about it? |
| If someone has left a comment on your fundraising page which you deem to be inappropriate, please contact us at admin@mycause.com.au |

I can't find my Fundraising Page in my account? |
| If your FRP does not appear in your account it is possible that the creation process was not completed correctly. However don't worry - your page will be in our admin system. Please email us at admin@mycause.com.au and we will fix it for you right away. |

How do I add an offline total to my page? |
| If you have received cash donations you must pay these direct to Dragons Abreast Australia. To add the amount to your Fundraising Page (FRP) simply login, select edit beside your FRP and enter the amount in the offline total field. Save. |

How long will my Fundraising Page stay open? |
| Your Fundraising Page will stay open for 60 days after the end date. You can email the page to your friends as frequently as you wish. After 60 days the donation function will no longer operate and the page cannot be seen on the website. |

How do we promote The Dragons Abreast Festival? |
| Promoting the event is the most important aspect of fundraising for your team in the Dragons Abreast Festival. Sharing your Fundraising Page is the best way to raise more funds for Dragons Abreast. After you create a page email it to yourself then forward that email to your friends and family so they can sponsor you. The donors will be immediately receipted. You can also post the link to your Facebook. Also you may place the link on your company intranet or download a poster to put up at your workplace. |
