It's pretty simple. Anyone that knows Fred knows he is one of the nicest guys around. He has helped shape the face of Australian Punk rock and his own strange irreverent genre. He is the type of bloke that always goes out of his way to help people whenever he can and I think it's about time we help him through a tough time. The last thing he needs to be thinking about is how he is going to pay the rent or food or the next round of treatments. Within days, I've seen people from all over, leap into action however they can. But I know there will be plenty of others that want to help but may not be able to attend a show or buy a t-shirt at the shows. I wanted to give everyone that wants to, the chance to pitch in and show their support; even if it's only a couple of bucks in the kitty.
A top bloke that has just been diagnosed with cancer and has to start chemotherapy right away.
So he will be unable to work or play in his bands for a while and provide for his family.
hopefully this will help relieve at least one problem and leave him to focus on getting well.
