Help Support a female parent and create equal opportunity for her to gain employment as a truck driver in the mines

An education is very expensive, the right to learn is not for free. To get my truck licence it costs $4000 or more and that is a dream to me. I intended for so many years.
Overtime, extra jobs, frugal, thrifty, scrimping and saving only to push life's boulder up a hill and slip back to the bottom but I never gave up coz each day I started pushing the heavy load up the hill once more but it's been 20 or so years and with covid, lockdowns, no work, my Petty $156 job seeker benifits doesn't come close to supporting the 4 of us, let alone getting a qualification and increase my chances of becoming employable with an income I dare not to imagine because I probably have more chance to get hot by a bus than to be able to afford the licence.
Shame equal opportunities idealism and education is very expensive not for free,
