To get help with a property lawyer to settle in court

I need help raising funds to get a property lawyer to get settlement on half my property that I am selling to my ex partner, who wants to buy me out on the property. I am currently unemployed unable to work due to spinal surgery that has caused a lot of nerve pain. My ex partner is quite mentally abusive and to get him to re-agree to a new settlement is like pulling teeth out with no pain relief. I suffer from mental issues which also prevent me from finding work at this stage until I receive the proper treatment and a lot of these mental issues are actually caused from him. I originally agreed to the settlement but the court has said that is unfair in my favour but I cannot afford a lawyer right now. Please help me so I can get this sorted
