Hi my name is Pam, on the 20th October 2020 I will be starting a kayaking journey around as much of the northern part of Lake Macquarie NSW as I can paddle Starting at Speers Point,to help raise awareness for people suffering with Inclusion Body Myositis, IBM . My friend Siggy , has this rare disease , unfortunately not many doctors are aware of this disease and it is often misdiagnosed as normal ageing . I would like to raise some money to help with more research,treatment and awareness for this disease .
