To Make a small Dogs Archive In Our village

In our village lot of dogs live in road. they are face a lot of problems everyday. they can not get regular foods. they sometime get accident and illness. I like to make dogs archive for those dogs to give a batter life.
I have own place to make that but I have not more money to make that.
