BCYF is a leading not for profit organisation and is the lead agency for the headspace Geelong service.

headspace Geelong provides a free early intervention service for our community’s young people aged 12-25. 

Our goal is to raise funds which will contribute directly to ensuring our community's young people receive timely access to the support they need. 

We aim to do this by enhancing the existing headspace Geelong service delivery by a three tier approach:

Promoting to our community the importance of seeking help for mental health issues;

Designing innovative ways of working with young people; and

Supporting young people to strengthen their mental health and wellbeing.

The headspace Geelong service is one of the busiest in Australia with three sites in our community at Geelong City, Drysdale and Corio. 

Each headspace site operates with the same four pillars providing a holistic service to young people. They are:

mental health;

physical health;

work and study support; and

alcohol and other drug services.
