Got to get him home

Hello everyone. There is someone in my life who's time is limited. His one wish is to get back to his homeland and see his brother and sister one more time. He is 84 years old and was always a fit man who needed nothing from anyone. In the past 12 months he has been in and out of hospital and undergoing treatments that make him sick and unable to enjoy his life. He was told last week that the treatment has not stopped the tumours and radiotherapy will only be for symptom control.
He cannot travel overseas without assistance and I don't think we can wait another year. Winter is the optimum choice to take him as his immune system may not hold up. I would like to make this happen in June 2019, so if you can help me, we would be eternally grateful.
