Watching my beautiful, vibrant grandmother suffer the ravages of Alzheimer’s disease is one of the hardest things my family and I have endured. It’s just over 12 months since we lost our precious Nan and I vowed to do anything I can to raise awareness and funds to help fight this cruel disease. Giving up chocolate for a month is no mean feat. I’m not sure that Nan could’ve done it, so I’ll give it a crack on her behalf.
