Thank you for your generous donation in honour of my Barmitzvah.
As you may know I really love shoes. Although school shoes are really not cool, I still have to wear them. Unfortunately they are expensive and not everyone in our community can afford them. So I thought it would be a good idea to link this idea with my Barmitzvah.
Through the Melbourne Jewish Charity Fund, money raised will be used to buy new school shoes for children in our community!
Melbourne Jewish Charity Fund (MJCF) is Melbourne Jewish Community's largest provider of non-aged welfare.The MJCF assists Jewish families with their basic needs including food, healthcare and accommodation. As a non-partisan organisation reaching all corners of Melbourne's Jewish community, the MJCF prides itself on the fact that at least 95c in every dollar directly reaches its recipients.
