It has always been a dream of mine to swim the English Channel.  In September 2017, I hope to fulfil that dream, but first I need to qualify by swimming the Rottnest Channel.

Recently I discovered the wonderful work that Blue HOPE (Helping Out Police Everywhere) do and I realised I could use this personal challenge as a platform to raise awareness of the unique mental health issues confronting police and the wonderful work of Blue HOPE.
