Having moved out of home has also meant leaving two family dogs behind. Having a dog is very important in my life, for my mental and physical health. I am looking at adoption but not having much luck. I need a small dog for my apartment, chihuahuas are my go-to dog and what I know best, and the breed I know how to train.
My desire for a puppy is also to benefit our family dogs. If they are staying with us (me and my brother) I want them to be comfortable and relaxed around my dog. Raising a puppy with the others around often will help socialise the puppy, and get the adult dogs used to the idea.
Having a pet is also very important for my Brother, chihuahua company helps us both.
