Our Story
She needs work,
This is Richards everyday drive. She's old, she's unique, there's not many left.
But there’s a problem
Richard won't ask for help. I've never met a more selfless person in my life, if asked to help, he's the first one there. He works as a carer and also looks after his mum and neighbours. He's switched from being a boilermaker/welder to working in the carer system because he was made redundant.
He is forever helping others without complaint or accepting a gift. He's struggling like all of us to make ends meet and his car is his baby and mode of transport, time has taken its toll on the old gal and she needs some help so Richard can continue to work without worry.
Here’s what we’re doing about it
We are going to get his car completely re sprayed and repaired so it lasts longer. If she gets rust, we can't fix her, parts are hard to find due to the limited amount of these cars being made, and not many left, Penstone Paint and Panel have offered to fix her up to keep her on the road.

We need at least $6000.00au to re spray her. Anything above that raised we want to put towards his mortgage so he can take a breather. He's already had two houses sold out from under him, he had a workplace accident that has left him with limited movement in his wrist.
Please help me to thank Richard for all the selfless acts of kindness that he does. As you can see from the pic, even terrified of ferrets he snuggled one of my boys to keep him comfortable in his final weeks of life. He did the groceries for his elderly neighbour, and if needed, drops whatever he is doing to help that person out.
ive known Richard since 1999, never has he ever refused to help someone, even if he could barely move because of illness or injury.
Please help me, to help this wonderful Good Samaritan.
He has no idea I'm doing this, but I want to help him for a change.
