I have created this page to hopefully cover the cost of bringing DJ home to Australia, and also helping with the emergency flights for family members. Much love to you all. Forever grateful. DJ touched so many lives.
So far bringing DJ home to Australia will cost $9328AU.
Family flights and Steph's flights have had to be changed or booked at late notice so everyone could be with him as he passed away. It would be great to be able to cut these costs down a bit for everyone. Just the 2 tickets I know the prices of alone were over $5000 together.
This doesn't even start to cover the costs of DJs farewell in Australia. Thank you everyone for your kind donations. Much love x
09/08/2015 Early this afternoon we received the sad news of the passing of our much loved DJ.
DJ has been undergoing treatment for a number of months in Philadelphia, with his beautiful Steph by his side. He unexpectantly took a turn for the worse a few days ago, and his loving family quickly made the trip to be by his side.
We are all shattered.
No words can express how grateful the family are for the love, support and generosity everyone has shown over the last four years of his battle.
He fought to the end, in true DJ style. RIP DJ - you will be forever missed. ??
I have made this to help with all costs Dj's family and Steph have to endure. If only we could help emotionally.
