Quest Equine Welfare Inc. is making a meaningful difference to the
lives of neglected and at-risk equines through direct
intervention, education, and advocacy.

QEW accepts cruelty and neglect cases for rehabilitative care regardless of breed, age, sex, or size of the equine - a policy founded on the belief that all living creatures should be treated with dignity and respect, no matter their perceived value in human terms.

All facilities, expertise, and ‘round the clock' care is provided by Quest volunteer personnel, who are dedicated to working together to achieve the best possible long term outcome for each and every equine surrendered.

Quest facilitates timely veterinary, dental and farrier interventions on a regular basis from compassionate professionals to all equines in care at the Shelter. On completion of their rehabilitation, horses, ponies, and donkeys are placed into the permanent care of appropriate and compatible adoptive homes. During their stay with us, equines in care truly become a part of the ‘Quest family’ and we hope that each of them feels the security of belonging while they are with us.
