The physical, emotional, and financial burden of cancer can be over whelming, and extends throughout the whole family. The 3 bedroom retreats located at North Beach Wallaroo which will provide free accommodation for a week to families who are experiencing cancer. Our aim is to ease the burden and support families during this treacherous time by providing a relaxing break at Wallaroo, a stone throw from the beach, enabling families during or after treatment to relax and enjoy their time together, creating new precious positive experiences & memories.
Today in South Australia, 25 people will hear the words ‘you have cancer’ for the very first time. That’s one every hour, of every day. From the time you woke this morning until the time you sleep tonight 25 more South Australians will be diagnosed with cancer.
Help us to support these families.
