My Room Children’s Cancer Charity is a volunteer led organisation, working together to support patients and families affected by cancer, without the bureaucracy. We rely on the generosity of our donors to fund support for families, medical equipment, clinical care, research and trials. We’re committed to raising funds ethically and in a cost effective manner.
We hold a deductible gift recipient status, and are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. We’re proud to say we keep our administration costs low, and combined with our efficient fundraising methods, we administer a greater proportion of donations directly to the projects it funds. My Room has a full-time executive and is provided offices, administration and financial management services pro-bono by Pitcher Partners.
My Room won’t stop until there’s a 100% cure rate for childhood cancers. Until then, we will continue supporting patients and families during their treatment journey and into their future.
