Established on the Mornington Peninsula in 1984, Peninsula Home Hospice (PHH) is an accredited, not-for-profit community palliative care organisation providing specialist palliative care and practical support to people living at home with a life limiting illness.

Our services are also extended to the family and friends of our clients as we recognise that they too need support. Specialist palliative care aims to relieve symptoms, improve quality of life and support families through the illness and into bereavement. People are assisted to maintain their independence and live life as fully as they can.

Services offered include nursing, medical consultancy, counselling, art therapy, music therapy, spiritual support, client care volunteer support and bereavement services.

PHH provides care at home to the residents of the Mornington Peninsula Shire, Frankston City and the City of Kingston up to Mordialloc Creek.
