Our school is a co-educational primary school catering for the educational needs of students from preparatory year to year 6. Kurwongbah State School has an enrolment of approximately 970 students and is located in the suburb of Petrie which is part of the local authority of Moreton Bay Regional Council.
Our school motto, “Individuals together”, drives our approach to learning and provides the foundation upon which school practices and beliefs about learning are based. The school and community work together to enable each individual to develop to their maximum potential, socially, emotionally, physically and academically.
