Welcome to My Mindful May! .
I'll be meditating every day this May to raise much needed funds for Charity Water-a not for profit organisation that donates 100% of funds to water projects around the globe.
As well as helping to deliver clean water to those in developing countries, I'll also be spreading the love at home! Through my daily meditation practise I hope to highlight the prevalence of Anxiety & Depression in our society, using mindfulness as a means to create peace- in ourselves & the world.

Clean water shouldn't be a privilege- it's a basic human right. It costs only $30 to bring clean water to one person for life.
