In supporting COPEs annual MotherJumpers event, our Jump will raise awareness of emotional and mental health conditions that commonly occur during pregnancy and the first years of motherhood - namely perinatal depression and anxiety.
We are passionate about encouraging new parents to not suffer alone in silence but to seek help and support early. Our hope is that parents realise their struggles are not a reflection of their ability and worth as parents.
