Colin and I have set up this page to raise funds towards an Ipad for Alex. Alex is a bright 10 year old boy who needs an Ipad to help him with his speech and schooling. Downs Syndrome has caused intellectual and developmental delay and an Ipad will help improve the opportunity for him to access different programs available through the apps. The reading and writing programs will help his literacy and the maths programs will help his numeracy and there are multiple programs available to help his speech.Using an Ipad will help his fine motor co-ordination. All monies raised will go towards an Ipad, a protective case and apps to help him.
