Hi! I'm Tamyka Bell.
2012 will mark my third start in the Alpine 100 Miler. In 2010 I ran, jogged, walked, crawled and got blown over sideways for just over 46 hours. In 2011 I set out to smash my personal record, but instead trashed my ankle descending Duane Spur. It was a long and painful hike back up to the rescue car. Three's a charm, I say. Bring it on!
