Hi there family and friends

How awesome are they? Brendan and Malcolm have agreed to bike from Sydney to Wollongong as a fundraiser for Watoto!!!!!!!!!!

But what a fantastic cause! ~
In partnership with Watoto, ?The Colour Sisterhood? is establishing a ?Childcare Village? for orphaned, rescued and escaped child soldiers in Gulu Northern Uganda.
We?re part of this cause raising money to build a home for 8 of these children and one widow ?mother? within the magnificent self-sustaining villages Watoto creates. ...So ride on boys!

The first weekend in November is when the big ride happens- Wahoo!
I?m cheering them on all the way (IN THE CAR!) Would join them but am NO good at hills? and as those who?ve driven from Sydney to Wollongong know it?s a roller-coaster; ~up and down~ up and down~ the whole way. Best of luck guys!

It?s a 90km ride ? LOTS of training, muscle power and grit required!! They?re doing well; Brendan extremely disciplined getting up at 5am for a ride, Malcolm biking 3 and ½ hours to and from work ?
