St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre was first established in 1972 to serve meals to disadvantaged members of the Fremantle community. Since that time we have expanded our programs to include housing services (over 170 beds); a comprehensive health clinic; emergency assistance; support for individuals suffering from mental illness or alcohol/drug addiction; and specialist programs to better equip our clients for independent living.
Our focus is on providing sustainable, holistic support as part of a whole-of-community response to homelessness.
Our aim is to help the most vulnerable members of our community get back on their feet, living independent and fulfilling lives.
