Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation of WA

The Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation of Western Australia Inc is a non-government, not-for-profit licensed charitable organisation based in Western Australia. Its mission is to support the provision of heart and lung transplants for Western Australians in their own state.   Our vision for these patients is that they will have the opportunity to participate fully in their day to day family life, both prior to and after transplantation.

Patients, supporters, medical personnel, businesses and community members make up the Foundation family which works tirelessly year after year to help save and improve the lives of people with serious heart and lung conditions.
